On November 21, 2008, Al McCormick wrote: "I found and purchased this postcard on ebay. The photo is a postcard most likely taken by Emmet L. Cole a photographer. The lady on the left with the dark blouse is my 2nd Great-Grandmother on Mom's side, Sarah Ann (Burch) Cole 1846 - 1934. She was married to Rufus S. Cole."
