Title: Funeral of John J. Kollmeyer Largely Attended.

 

A very large number of relatives, neighbors and friends attended the funeral services of John J. Kollmeyer held here on last Sunday afternoon. Many came from neighboring towns and from an even much further distance. A short service was held at the home on South Jefferson Street after which services were held at the Farmington Lutheran Church of which the deceased had long been a faithful and honored member. Both services were conducted by the pastor, Rev. E. M. Frentzel. Interment was in the Lutheran cemetery.

Griffin, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Griffin, Miss Edna Griffin, Carl Trauernicht, Miss Louisa Rodach, Julius Rodach, Misses Cecelia and Lena Best and Fred Best, all of St. Louis; Mrs. Sophia Leggett, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Trauernicht, of Bismarck; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Trauernicht, of Ironton; Mr. Mrs. Wm. Renn and Miss Evelyn Mae Kaune, of Middlebrook; Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Gierse and George Schwaner, of Poplar Bluff; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilferth, of Millersville; Louis Schwaner and Miss Emma Schwaner, and Ellis Best, of Moberly; Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Meyer and Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Hinkle, of Bonne Terre.
