Ellis Carl "Huck" Kollmeyer, 65 of Farmington died Jan. 19 (1993) at the Veterans Administration Medical center in Popular Bluff. He was born Nov. 18, 1927 at Farmington to the late Joseph and Sally Irene Lewis Kollmeyer. He was preceded in death by one son, Joseph Andrew Kollmeyer.
Mr. Kollmeyer was an army Veteran of WWII, a self-employed construction worker and a long time resident of this area.
He is survived by two daughters: Jayne Allison Salmon of Lincoln, Neb., and Deborah Ruth Leahart of New Braunfels, Texas; one brother, Chester Kollmeyer of Farmington; two sisters: Opalean Perry of Farmington and Frances Morfin on Mansonea, Mexico; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Saturday after 7 p.m. at the Cozean Funeral Home in Farmington. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Cozean Chapal with the Rev. Herman Shumake officiating. Burial will be in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Farmington.
