Title: Miss Laura A. Westover

Miss Laura Alice Westover of Bonne Terre, died Friday, Sept 23rd, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Larkin, with whom she had made her home since 1942. Mr. Larkin is a nephew of the deceased. Prior to enterting the Larkin home, she resided here with her sister, the late Mrs. Mary E. Larkin Norwine. She had been an invalid since childhood.

Laura Alice Westover, daughter of the late Calvin and Francis Mitchell Westover, was born in Bonne Terre March 24, 1864, and died September 23, 1949, at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 20 days.

Miss Westover, was one of 11 children. She was preceded in death by five brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her nephew, Ernest M. Larkin of Bonne Terre and other nieces and nephews.

The deceased was a member of Centenary Methodist Church, Bonne Terre. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Sept. 25th, at the Benham Funeral Parlors by Rev. Wm. Stewart at 3:00 p. m. Interment was made in Bonne Terre Cemetery, Benham service.
