Title: Charley Westover


Charley Yeargain Westover, 74, of Farmington died Nov. 9 at Farmington Regional Medical Center. He was born Nov. 23, 1913 in Farmington, son of the late Lorenzo and Lucy Yeargain Westover.

He was also preceded in death by his wife Blanche C. Westover; two brothers, Jeff Westover and Percy Lee Westover; and one sister, Mae Westover.

Retired from Farmington State Hospital, now Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center, Mr. Westover was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, the Farmington Knights of Pythias, and the Mineral Area Gem Association.

He is survived by one son, James Westover of Tulsa, Okla.; one daughter, Judy (Mrs. Roger) Pratt of Farmington; one brother, Leslie Westover of Farmington; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Friday at Taylor Funeral Service in Farmington.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Taylor Funeral Chapel in Farmington.

Burial will be in Hillview Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Foundation.
