The below US Census records were the only match found for Minnie Barber. She is listed as Wilhelmina in the 1910 US Census, and Minnie A. in the 1920 US Census. The "A." might be for Amelia, which is also known as Emma.

Minnie, husband Frank J. Barber, and daughter Rose are living with Minnie's
parents Henry & Johanna Kastrup. Minnie and Frank were also with them on the
1910 US Census.
1930
US Census, St. Louis, Missouri:
Minnie Barber, age 38, born Germany, widow, 1st marriage age 19, occupation -
assistant in lunch room.
Rose Barber, age 15, born Missouri.
Minnie "Emma" A. Kastrup was previously married to Frank J. Barber. As such, the marriage license has her name as Minnie Emma Barber at the time she married her second husband John E. Wagner.
